Group Screen Printing
1. Special Effects–Textile
Special and Strange effects created on textiles with screen printing outside the range of conventional screen-printing inks or special effects created using skills to include high density, gels, foils, flock, caviar beads/PVC fakes, etc.
2. Printed Electronics
Any product printed with conductive inks, like RFID, force sensing devices, resistors, touch screens, batteries, fuel cells, e-paper, etc.
3. Fine Art
Exclusive examples of artistic paintings, serigraphs, or reproductions of pre-existing images.

Group Flexography
1. Labels

Group Postpress/Finishing
1. Foil Stamping (Traditional)
Using the traditional hot stamping method to apply foil to a substrate.
2. Embossing/Debossing
Impressing or depressing an image into paper or paperboard using a metal die.

Hardbound books of any size.
4. Value Addition/Enhancement (Foil/Varnish)
The application of foils, varnish, and dimensional (3D) varnish etc for value addition of printed product.
Group Specialty Awards
1. Innovative Product:
This category is for challenging printed products when others say it couldn’t be done. It is for the printers who exceed all limitations and expectations when producing the most difficult jobs. Entries must include a copy of the finished piece, and a paragraph describing the challenges of the job and how they were overcome.
2. Security Printing
Printed with any process or technique to prevent forgery, tampering, or counterfeiting. Give a description along with the entry submitted.
3. Stimulated Printing
Printing with special effects/techniques to include digital communication in printing, like augmented reality, artificial intelligence, etc.
4. Sustainable Printing
Entries must use at least three of the following: Recycled papers, soy or vegetable-based inks, aqueous coating, energy-curable inks and coatings, or other environmentally sound products and a paragraph of description is required along with the entry.
5. 3D Printing
Any kind of products/entries produced using a 3D printer.
6. Mixed Technologies:
This award is for the entries produced using different processes/techniques. (e.g. Offset + Screen, flexography + digital, screen printing + direct to apparel, etc.)
